ITINERARY:

Today your guide and driver meet you up at hotel then set out for full day cooking tour. Starting our visit at local market where you will learn more about the ingredients to be used in the class. Also, you may find out more foodstuff while walking along the market, explore the difference between the organic and normal products that are chosen by local people.

Then take a short drive to outside the city to visit the organic farm at Ho Chi Minh Agricultural Villages. Here you get deeper knowledge about the local ingredients by going to the garden and harvest some herbs/ vegetable or mushroom for your kitchen. On the way back to the class, you may take a short visit to the animal farming where there are many kinds of animals are feeding & growing such as cows, buffalo, chickens, prawns and fish. Afterwards, hands on cooking class with three dishes and one dessert. For a warm and fun ambiance, participants cook all together with your Chef but everyone has their own material and ingredients for a better understanding of cooking techniques. Savor your lunch with the dishes you have cooked. The vegetarian or allergic menu can be set up according to your request.

Included in the class is a detail recipe, a certificate and souvenirs will be sent to you at the end of class. Following the tour you will be transferred back to hotel. Tour of Ho Chi Minh City Cooking Class ends.
